Welcome to Simple Cooking Studio! Here you will find original videos featuring Chinese-style recipes that are simple and easy to make. Some recipes are our adaptations of traditional recipes that we have learned from our parents, relatives, friends and cookbooks. Some are our own creations.
Using simple ingredients and cooking techniques, all recipes at Simple Cooking Studio are very easy to make. Most recipes take less than half an hour to prepare and cook, making them ideal for a quick and tasty lunch or dinner. Many recipes are also low in fat and nutritious.
At Simple Cooking Studio, each recipe is presented with an illustrative video together with a short description of the recipe, a written list of ingredients, cooking directions and some cooking tips. We currently have over twenty recipes in five food categories (Meat, Seafood, Vegetables, Rice and Dessert). We plan to add more delicious recipes in the future.
