Using leftover sweet red bean soup, we make this smoothie for a nutritious summer afternoon snack.
It is very simple to make. Just mix the leftover red bean soup with evaporated milk, some honey and ice in a blender. The evaporated milk helps produce the smoothie consistency while the honey helps keep the sweetness of the drink.
This smoothie is very refreshing and tasty.
- 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup ice
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.

- Don't substitute the evaporated milk with regular whole milk which will dilute the smoothie instead.
- Adding a little bit of mint to the smoothie can make it quite refreshing.
